Common Questions

What is the Frozen Bars Tour?+
The Frozen Bars Tour is a multi-city Hip Hop and Rap concert tour aligned with the 2028 World Cup of Hockey in Calgary and Edmonton. Produced by 3ON Entertainment Group and Asylum House Records, it is the first sports-aligned hip hop touring activation in Western Canada — blending live music culture with one of the biggest international sporting events ever held in Alberta.
When does the tour run?+
The tour runs during the 2028 World Cup of Hockey window — a 13-day tournament across Calgary (Scotia Place) and Edmonton (Rogers Place, hosting the Semifinals and Final). The exact tournament dates will be announced by the NHL and NHLPA. Our tour schedule is built around game nights, after-parties, and fan celebration moments.
How can brands get involved?+
We offer three sponsorship tiers: Title Sponsor ($50,000+), Major Partner ($15,000+), and Supporting Partner ($5,000+). Each tier includes digital marketing, stage branding, merch co-branding, and media inclusions. Visit our Sponsorship page or contact us directly to receive the full sponsorship kit and begin discussions.
What is the investor opportunity?+
Investors receive revenue participation (profit share), brand equity exposure across all tour marketing, and media exposure in the documentary and YouTube series. We are projecting $80,000 in total revenue against an $18,000 operating budget, with $40,000+ in net profit. Full financial models are available to qualified investors on request.
Can artists apply to perform on the tour?+
Yes. We are actively building the artist lineup across all six cities. Artists from the 3ON Entertainment Group and Asylum House Records family are priority bookings, and we are also accepting applications from regional Western Canadian artists for local support slots. Contact us through the press kit page or email directly.
What grants are you applying for?+
We are applying to Canada Council for the Arts (Arts Across Canada – Circulation and Touring), FACTOR Canada (Live Performance and Artist Entrepreneur programs), BC Arts Council (Arts Circulation and Touring), and provincial Alberta Foundation for the Arts grants. Full grant application documents are available in our grant funding proposal section.
